The members of the Audit Committee are:

Chairman Anne Belvèze is considered to have recent and relevant financial experience.

Meetings are held at least four times a year. The primary duty of the Audit Committee is to oversee the accounting and financial reporting process of the Group, the external audit arrangements, the internal accounting standards and practice, the independence of the external auditor, the integrity of the Group’s external financial reports and the effectiveness of the Group’s risk management andinternal control system.
