The Board is committed to good corporate governance practices. The Company implemented its governance procedures and processes following its listing in December 2009.

The Company is subject to the governance framework contained in the 2008 Combined Code on Corporate Governance published by the Financial Reporting Council (the "Combined Code") and will be subject to the Governance Code when it becomes effective for the Company in 2011.
