Overview
Exillon Energy is a UK-listed FTSE 250 independent oil producer with assets in two oil-rich regions of Northern Russia: Exillon TP in Timan-Pechora and Exillon WS in West Siberia.
Exillon Energy plc is incorporated in the Isle of Man, with its operational headquarters in Urai, Russian Federation.
Since its creation, Exillon Energy has continually delivered on its strategy to ramp up production at its key assets, to increase and migrate reserves and to increase the Group’s operational and economic efficiency.
Milestones
2010 saw a number of notable achievements and milestones for the Exillon. In September 2010, the Group was admitted to the FTSE All-Share Index and the FTSE Small Cap Index, and in December 2010 Exillon was promoted to the FTSE 250 Index.
Exillon substantially increased reserves during the year, with Group 1P reserves increasing by 72%, 2P reserves by 82% and 3P reserves by 19%. As at 31 December 2010, the Group had total 1P, 2P and 3P reserves of 112, 239 and 439 million barrels, respectively.
Increasing production
2010 saw a substantial increase in production. During the year, production grew from 2,400 bbl/day to 8,100 bbl/day.
The potential for further growth remains significant, and the Group is well funded and has the right strategy to realise this potential.
