He has substantial transaction experience, having led on more than a hundred transactions, including numerous high-profile and successful M&A and capital raising initiatives on behalf of oil and gas clients from Central and Eastern Europe and Russia. Mr. Martin has also held various other ECM and corporate finance positions at Baring Securities and Barclays de Zoete Wedd. He has a degree in Economics and Politics from Cambridge University. |
| | Yuri Ovcharov Chief Operating Officer Yuri has 25 years of technical and production experience in the oil & gas industry, and has extensive experience in the regions where Exillon Energy operates. Prior to joining Exillon he was with Nobel Oil in the position of Executive Director and Director of Mineral Resources. He held senior positions in Khanty Mansiysk region, in Timan Pechora with Ukhtaneftegasgeologia and with the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia. Yuri brings significant expertise overseeing production, increasing productivity and interacting with government and regulating bodies. He also has strong knowledge of oil deposits in Timan Pechora being responsible for the discovery of ETP II field. |

A Canadian citizen, he speaks fluent Russian and brings with him broad experience of large scale projects with specific focus in drilling, completion and workover programming and supervision, production and reservoir management as well as considerable expertise in management, supervision and design of hydraulic fracturing and acidizing stimulation operations. |
